Professional experience:
He had extensive, rich and varied experience in police, Border Security Force (BSF) and Vigilance Department for about 14 years. In 1982, he joined Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) as Joint Director (Personnel and Administration) and reached the coveted position asDirector, ONGC Academy, Dehradun. Before his retirement he was holding key position as Head- Regional office (HRO) Mumbai as Group General Manager (HR).
Overseas exposure:
During his 22 years tenure in ONGC he visited various countries in connection with professional work including USA, UK, France, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Thailand, Finland, Hungary, china, Bangladesh, South Korea, Japan, Singapore,Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Awards:
He won National level prestigious awards including National Peacock Training award, National Peacock Quality award as the best training provider in the country which was presented by the then Hon’ble Deputy Prime Minister of India shri Lal Krishna Advani.
